Office Update re: COVID-19 as of March 23rd, 2020

Updated: May 4, 2020

To our valued patients:

As of last week, Governor Inslee is now suspending all dental offices from providing any non-essential care to patients up to May 18th so our office will remain closed until at least that date.  We are only allowed to treat patients that are having a true dental emergency which would include pain, infection and/or swelling.  Everything else will have to wait until we can re-open the office.  We know there will still be needs for Prevident (prescription fluoride toothpaste) refills and will do our best to get to those taken care of, however pharmacies are also inundated with calls and so wait times can be very long.  If you need a refill, the best thing you can do is call your pharmacy and have them send a refill request to our office fax # (425) 885-2024 and we will send it back as soon as we are able.  Your patience is paramount during this unprecedented time in our history.  This is going to be a challenging time for everyone.

As for upcoming appointments:

ALL APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELED UP TO MAY 18th. Once we are back in the office, we will get in touch with you and do our best to get you back on the schedule for your regular check up and cleaning or to take care of any of your other dental needs.

(PLEASE NOTE:  You will likely still receive automated email and text message reminders that will probably say you are DUE or OVERDUE for your appointment.  You can ignore these messages for the next few months until we are able to schedule appointments again).

IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY – As always Dr. Dillon will be available for you.  He will be able to advise you on whether or not he needs to see you or he will provide a referral to a specialist.

We still plan to work remotely during our normal business hours (Mon – Thurs from 8am – 5pm) so please don’t hesitate to send us an email, leave us a voicemail message or send us a text through our automated reminder text system if you have any questions or concerns.  We will be sure to do our very best to respond in a timely manner.

We also want to send a HUGE THANK YOU to all of our patients in healthcare who are on the front lines of this virus and taking care of these COVID-19 patients and anyone else who is playing an active role in helping to fight this virus.  You are all amazing and very appreciated!

Everyone else - please STAY HOME, STAY HEALTHY, try to enjoy the extra quality time with family and keep up your oral health!
