Your first visit will include the following:

 

• An overview of your dental insurance, if applicable, and the coverage you should expect to have from your dental plan

• A review of your medical and dental history and an understanding of any of your dental concerns

• A blood pressure screening to make sure you are in perfect health prior to any services being completed

• A comprehensive exam and professional dental cleaning, which also includes an oral cancer screening.

• State-of-the-art digital technology to update any necessary x-rays that will allow Dr. Dillon to properly diagnose any concerns regarding the health of your gums and teeth

• A treatment plan that includes recommendations for services, various options for treatment and a chance to ask any questions.

• We make every effort to check with your insurance plan prior to any services being done and will provide an estimated cost for treatment (*subject to change once the claim is processed). 

• We also offer a 5% discount to those patients who do not have insurance and pay at the time of service.  We offer an additional 5% discount to our senior patients.

You are welcome to complete these forms at your leisure saving you time waiting in our office and giving you time to carefully review our policies and procedures.  If you would prefer to fill them out in our office, then please plan to arrive 20 minutes early for your appointment to allow for the extra time necessary.
