Fees and Insurance
We are currently a preferred provider (in network) for Premera Blue Cross / Lifewise, Washington Dental Service (WDS) / Delta Dental, Regence, Cigna and Ameritas / Principal / Standard. We will also be happy to file claims on a patient's behalf for all other insurance plans.
If you do NOT currently have dental insurance, we offer a 5% discount to those patients who pay at the time of service. We also offer an additional 5% discount to our senior patients (65 and older).
Additional information regarding dental insurance:
Your dental plan is a form of compensation provided by your employer. You can expect the insurance company to reimburse you for some portion of dental fees for certain common procedures. That portion is determined by the contract between your employer and the insurance company. The higher the premium paid by your company, the more generous the reimbursement. Every plan is different, and they will change from time to time.
Although we are not a party to the contractual arrangement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. As a courtesy to you, our staff will be happy to submit your insurance claim and reasonable supporting documents.
If you require extensive treatment, you have the option of submitting a “pre-determination of dental benefits” to your carrier to help determine how much reimbursement you may expect. This is not mandatory, but is an option, and again our staff will assist you with this.
